The Technical Enablement Manager, Partner Field Readiness translates complex product, solution, and technical information into practical enablement content for DDN’s partner ecosystem and internal Sales Engineering teams. This role is for someone who can go deep enough technically to understand the details, then turn those details into clear, accurate materials that help partners, SEs, and sellers understand, position, and sell DDN solutions with confidence.
You will turn product updates, solution details, release information, roadmap themes, and SME input into practical enablement content that partners and internal SEs can use in real customer conversations. Working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Enablement, you will bridge the gap between what DDN solutions do, why they matter, and how different audiences need to explain them. You do not need to be the final technical authority on every topic. You do need to ask the right questions, collaborate effectively with technical experts, and turn complexity into clear, field-ready guidance.
Partners and internal SEs can explain DDN solutions with greater clarity and confidence. Technical concepts are easier to understand without losing accuracy. Launches come with practical content that partners, SEs, and sellers can use immediately. When this role is working well, technical complexity becomes practical guidance. Partners and internal teams spend less time interpreting information and more time using it effectively with customers.
Translate technical product, solution, and release information into partner-ready and SE-ready enablement content.
Build technical explainers, solution guides, playbooks, training decks, FAQs, talk tracks, and launch enablement materials.
Produce accurate technical source content that DDN certification programs can draw from for learning paths, assessments, and practical exercises.
Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Enablement to gather inputs, validate accuracy, and align content to business priorities.
Support launch readiness by turning product updates and roadmap themes into practical guidance before they reach the field or partner ecosystem.
Maintain technical enablement content so resources stay current, accurate, usable, and easy to find.
Bring partner and field feedback back into the content process so materials reflect what people actually need in customer conversations.
Experience in technical enablement, technical content, product marketing, solutions marketing, sales engineering enablement, or a related technical GTM role.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, practical content for partner and internal technical audiences.
Strong writing and content development skills, with the ability to make technical topics accessible without losing accuracy.
Understanding of how partners, SEs, and sellers use enablement in real customer conversations.
Ensure technical enablement content supports partner readiness, solution positioning, and co selling motions across DDN's ecosystem of VARs, GSIs, OEMs, NCPs, cloud providers, and strategic partners.
Experience working with technical SMEs, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Engineering to gather inputs and produce usable deliverables.
Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams across stakeholders.
Curiosity, good judgment, and a willingness to ask the questions needed to get from technical detail to field-ready clarity.
