Technical Customer Success Manager (Singapore)

We've achieved exceptional product-market fit, and our team is made up of elite operators who thrive on ownership, speed, and mission-driven work. Now we're looking to grow our Customer Success team with a highly capable and technically adept Technical Customer Success Manager.

The Opportunity

This is a remote role based in Singapore, working alongside our local team on the ground there, and will be focused primarily on our APAC and regional clients. As one of the first hires on the Customer Success team, you'll work directly with our customers, guiding them from onboarding to adoption, ensuring they integrate our platform smoothly, and more importantly, protect their users.

This role is part solution architect, part trusted advisor, and part strategist. You'll need to be technically confident, naturally curious, and capable of building strong relationships with both technical stakeholders and product-minded users.

We're looking for a builder. Someone with an owner's mentality who's eager to shape what customer success looks like at Blockaid. Someone who understands that start-ups grow fast, and wants to grow with us.

Your Chain of Impact:

• Own the Relationship- Be the go-to person for your customers—deeply understand their needs, priorities, and technical setup, and ensure they're always protected.
• Lead Onboarding and Integration- Take new customers live quickly and effectively. Help them understand where our product and their environments meet.
• Advise and Educate — Act as a blockchain-savvy guide for our customers. Run training sessions, demos, and proactive check-ins to ensure customers are making the most of our capabilities.
• Be Technical, Not a Developer- You won't be writing production code—but you'll need to be able to read technical documentation, and debug integration issues with your customers. Think "integrator level," not "engineer."
• Be Proactive- Identify risks before they become problems. Bring a proactive mindset to customer health, product usage, and long-term success planning.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally -At Blockaid, the Product, Engineering and Customer Success organizations work hand in hand, it's one of our core tenets.

Requirements

Your Chain of Strengths:

• 4+ years of quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive, selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprises and C-level executives.
• Proven track record of sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale enterprise technology deals.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for the crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling).
• Demonstrated success in creating long-term account strategies and driving deep technology adoption.
• Cross-functional selling experience, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical (R&D/Product) and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) with the ability to translate complex customer pain points into value-driven solutions.
• Self-starter attitude with the drive to execute new ideas autonomously in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools (forecasting, dashboards, and reporting).
• Experience with modern sales tech stacks (e.g., SFDC, Gong, Granola, Claude, or advanced CRM configuration).
