You will serve as the technical owner for enterprise accounts and build the post-sales function from the ground up. This involves managing onboarding, integrations, adoption, and renewals while establishing internal processes and playbooks.
Aisle is redefining how enterprises secure their software with an AI agent for autonomous vulnerability remediation. Vulnerabilities are the #1 root cause of cyber incidents, yet most organizations take weeks or months to patch what attackers exploit in days. We’re changing that.
Our mission is to protect democratic societies from the most sophisticated cyberattacks. We do that by giving organizations - including those operating critical infrastructure - the power to harden their systems and resolve security issues at superhuman speed and scale. Backed by world-class founders and advisors, we’re creating a new category in cybersecurity at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise resilience.
We’re a small, talent-dense team spread across the Europe, US and Canada. We value high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. If you want to work with world-class minds in AI and security, thrive in fast-moving environments, and care about solving one of the toughest challenges in tech, Aisle is the place for you.
You will be our first post-sales hire. Today, onboarding, integration, adoption, escalation and renewal all happen ad hoc - split between sales and engineering. You are being hired to do two jobs at once: be the technical owner of our enterprise accounts, and build the post-sales function those accounts are served by.
5+ years in technical account management, customer success engineering, solutions architecture, professional services or post-sales consulting with large enterprise customers, not SMB or mid-market.
Demonstrable ownership of complex technical implementations in enterprise environments: long onboarding, multiple stakeholders, security and change-management review, integration with systems you do not control.
Genuinely hands-on technical depth: cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD and developer toolchains, APIs, containers/Kubernetes, identity and access basics, log and issue diagnosis
Track record of building process where none existed — playbooks, runbooks, review cadences
Credible in front of senior stakeholders up to CISO level, and able to run a business review that a customer executive finds worth their hour.
Fluent with AI tools in daily work and quick to adopt new ones; you will be asked to demonstrate this.
High agency and comfort with ambiguity
Strongly preferred
Cybersecurity experience - AppSec, vulnerability management, cloud security, or adjacent fields
Experience as a first or early post-sales hire at a startup, pre- or early post-Series A.
Exposure to enterprise security review, procurement, SOC 2 / ISO evidence handling, and data-processing questions.
