Team Lead After Sales Commercial Operations (m/f/d)


As Team Lead After Sales Commercial Operations you will take ownership of strategic initiatives and operational excellence across global markets. Your responsibilities include:

 

Your tasks

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–4 professionals, ensuring role clarity, prioritization, performance management, and continuous development
  • Oversee LOA governance and tender support for complex, cross‑border opportunities, ensuring timely risk identification, escalation, and decision alignment
  • Drive strategy deployment by implementing global frameworks for Key Account Management, market planning, and product competitiveness, including tracking and corrective actions
  • Maintain visibility of global After Sales KPIs and the service‑contract pipeline, providing forecasts, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Serve as the main interface between global leadership, regional After Sales Directors, and cross‑functional teams (e.g., Legal, Service Technical Marketing), ensuring alignment and transparent communication
  • Foster collaboration, capability building, and best‑practice sharing across regions to accelerate deal velocity and deliver measurable business Impact

Your qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Sales, or Services, including leadership of multi‑region teams and a strong track record in strategic negotiations and governance
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP systems (SAP), BI tools (Power BI), advanced Excel, and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience in data‑driven decision‑making and process improvement
  • Proven ability in change management, structured problem‑solving, and effective communication with diverse global stakeholders
  • Fluent English and German (B2); additional languages are an advantage
