01 ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll own the candidate sourcing process end-to-end: identifying prospects, reaching out with compelling messaging, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Partners to understand role requirements and deliver candidates who fit both technically and culturally.
Full-time with exclusivity. No part-time or freelance work once hired.

02 WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
Find the people others overlook.
Search for qualified candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
Create compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates
Maintain accurate candidate tracking in Ashby and follow up consistently
Collaborate with Talent Partners to understand job requirements and refine sourcing strategies
Pipeline Management
Keep the talent flowing.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for active and upcoming roles
Monitor outreach response rates and optimize messaging for higher engagement
Ensure timely communication with candidates during the application review stage
Collaboration & Reporting
Keep the team informed and aligned.
Provide regular updates on sourcing progress to the Talent team
Share insights on talent availability, market trends, and candidate feedback
Assist in scheduling and coordinating candidate interactions when needed
03 WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Previous experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
Strong research and internet sourcing skills; comfortable using LinkedIn and other job platforms
Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable working 9am–5pm U.S. Eastern hours
Preferred (nice to have):
Experience with ATS systems like Ashby
Previous exposure to recruiting in accounting, finance, or remote teams

This is an independent contractor engagement based in the Philippines. Full-time exclusivity is required — candidates must not hold other part-time or freelance engagements once hired. Conflict-of-interest checks may apply.
