You will own the top of the hiring funnel by identifying, reaching out to, and screening high-quality candidates across Europe. Additionally, you will conduct market research to provide intelligence on talent availability and maintain organized candidate pipelines for hiring managers.
Location: Remote within Europe for candidates currently based in Europe · Relocation to Finland also possible

As our Talent Sourcer, you'll own the top of our hiring funnel. You'll find and reach talented people across Europe, open conversations and build shortlists of strong, well-matched candidates for our hiring managers to take forward.
This is a sourcing-focused role. Your craft is discovery and first contact: finding people others miss and getting them interested enough to want a conversation.
You'll join our People team as part of Talent Acquisition, working hand in hand with the hiring managers building Capalo: the optimization and trading minds behind our product, the engineers shipping it and the commercial leaders growing our European markets.
Build and run sourcing pipelines across several roles and markets at once
Identify and reach out to prequalified candidates and spark real interest before handing warm leads to the hiring team
Run a light first-touch screen before deeper evaluation
Research your markets and turn it into shared intelligence: talent availability, what candidates want, and where the top people are.
Keep your pipeline and candidate notes clean and current so hiring managers can move quickly
Whether you're early in your career or well into it, what matters most is how you source and how you think.
A track record of finding people others can't, using LinkedIn and plenty beyond it: academic and community networks, referrals etc.
Comfort with ambiguity: you can map talent for a role you've never sourced before and work out where to look
Self-direction and pace: you'll be running several pipelines at once, so you're comfortable juggling and good at keeping things moving
Strong written and spoken English, since you'll be the first point of contact for many candidates
Curiosity about technical and energy markets or the drive to get up to speed quickly
Experience sourcing engineering, technical or quantitative talent
Nice to have:
Experience in a fast-growth, startup or scale-up environment.
This role can be based remotely within Europe. If you’re based in Helsinki, we work in a hybrid model with three days a week together at the office.
Prefer to work from HQ? If you're in the EU, we can help you relocate to Helsinki.
