Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Platforms Assistant to support our talent team by applying for influencer partnerships on behalf of our creators and keeping creator information organized and up to date.

You'll get to know our full creator roster and use that knowledge to find and apply for campaigns across platforms such as Later and Aspire. You'll also manage creator platform connections and media kits in Foam, help build each creator's content repository, and work with talent managers and campaign managers to move opportunities from application to selection.

Strong written communication and organization are the most important parts of this role. You'll be managing many creators, applications, and follow-ups at once, and accuracy matters because the information you maintain is shared with brands

Responsibilities

• Learn our full creator roster, including each creator's niche, audience, rates, and past partnerships.

• Source and screen campaign opportunities on Later, Aspire, and other creator platforms for creator fit, rates, and brand alignment.

• Write tailored pitches and submit partnership applications on behalf of creators.

• Maintain creator profiles, platform connections, and media kits in Foam.

• Manage platform reconnection requests to creators and follow up until each one is completed.

• Send and track creator questionnaires through to completion.

• Help build and maintain each creator's content repository with current, strong examples of their work.

• Work with talent managers and campaign managers to support the process from application to selection.

What We're Looking For

Someone highly organized who writes well and can keep many moving pieces on track. You should be comfortable managing details across a large creator roster, communicating clearly with creators and our team, and following up consistently until tasks are complete

Qualifications

• Ideally 1-2 years of VA experience for US-based company

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear and professional emails and pitches.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage many tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups at a time.

• Interest in social media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing.

• Ability to learn new platforms quickly.

• Comfort working in Google Workspace, especially Gmail, Sheets, and Drive.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with influencer platforms such as Later, Aspire, Foam, CreatorIQ, or Grin.

• Outbound sales experience, writing pitches and concepts

Compensation, Benefits, and Work Schedule

• Salary: PHP 30,000–35,000
