Qualifications

Education
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2 years of recruitment and/or HR experience Required
  • Participation in an HR Internship program Preferred
  • Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft Preferred
  • Recruiting experience or general HR experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • None Required
