About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting full-cycle recruitment activities and delivering a smooth, engaging candidate experience. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to support sourcing, hiring, onboarding, recruitment operations, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities for designated roles, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring support
Support job posting and sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, and internal networks
Track and report on candidate pipelines using ATS tools such as Paycom, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate candidate communication touchpoints to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
Support employer branding initiatives by maintaining consistent job content and monitoring social media activity
Prepare and manage new hire onboarding documentation
Ensure completion of background checks and I-9 verifications
Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and post-hire follow-ups, including 30/60/90-day check-ins
Assist with dashboards and reports related to time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates
Serve as a point of contact for employment-related inquiries from candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate on recruiting events, campaigns, special projects, and process improvements
What You’ll Need
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
Recruiting: Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, candidate lifecycle, and high-volume recruiting practices
Technology: Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms, with Paycom experience preferred
Compliance: Knowledge of employment-related laws, regulations, background checks, and I-9 processes
Branding: Knowledge of employer branding best practices and social recruiting tools
Experience: At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience required; 5+ years preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; HR or business-related field preferred
Attributes: Professional, confidential, proactive, independent, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment

Work Environment
This role is fully remote. The position requires professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
