In this role, you will own full-cycle hiring for go-to-market functions across multiple business units at Aidoc. You will work closely with senior and executive leaders to shape hiring strategies, define top talent profiles, and help build the commercial teams that power our growth.
You will be most successful in this role if you bring deep expertise in healthtech and enterprise SaaS hiring, strong market judgment, and a sharp understanding of how to attract high-caliber GTM talent in competitive environments.
