Your Impact

As part of our small, agile team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect top tech talent with forward-thinking clients. This role is hands-on and people-focused, from sourcing and interviewing to ensuring a smooth, structured hiring process. Your work directly influences both candidate experience and project success.

Your Mission
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle for tech and digital roles: from sourcing and interviews to the offer stage and apply recruiting approaches that align with our TA strategy.

  • Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and align on role briefings, profile creation, and interview coordination.

  • Use sourcing platforms creatively to connect with passive talent and build strong, sustainable pipelines.

  • Maintain our ATS (Teamtailor) to ensure workflow transparency and data quality, and keep role-specific documentation structured and accessible in our internal library (SharePoint, Confluence).

  • Bring a sharp eye for detail to interviews and candidate evaluation, always balancing speed with quality and candidate care.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with candidates in a way that is personal, professional, and approachable.

Your Talent
  • Experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, a talent for engaging with people, and a curiosity for tech and digital topics.

  • ATS knowledge is a must, combined with the ability to use sourcing platforms effectively to improve the candidate journey and recruiting flow.

  • A structured approach to interviews and candidate evaluation, with a strong sense for pipeline flow and timely candidate progression.

  • A well-organized working style with the ability to keep processes clearly documented and accessible, using tools like SharePoint to ensure transparency.

  • Comfortable working transparently and collaboratively with a proactive mindset and a focus on shared outcomes.

  • Fluent in German & English
