Job Title: Talent Acquisition Team Leader
Location: Remote (Open to all LATAM Countries)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Team Leader to support our Talent Acquisition Director in overseeing recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring team performance, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, submissions, interview-to-hire ratios) are consistently met
- Ensure recruiting processes and best practices are strictly followed across the team
- Evaluate interviews conducted by recruiters and provide feedback to improve quality and effectiveness
- Conduct regular quality checks on candidate profiles before submission to ensure alignment with role requirements and client expectations
- Train, mentor, and onboard Talent Acquisition Specialists to enhance their skills and performance
- Identify performance gaps and implement coaching or corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the hiring process
- Assist in developing and improving recruitment strategies, workflows, and standards
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and team morale
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role, with exposure to team management or leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and performance management
- Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching recruiters or Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate quality effectively
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to enforce processes while maintaining strong working relationships with the team
