Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description

Your Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our IT recruitment efforts. This role will provide hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, helping identify, attract, and engage top technology talent while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experience.

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technology-related positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and identifies candidates aligned with technical and business requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with candidate pipeline management and talent mapping activities.
• Support recruitment reporting and market intelligence research.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

Your Profile:

• Student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and IT recruitment.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
