Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end hiring process, providing an opportunity to work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates while gaining practical experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong organizational skills, and is interested in building a career in HR Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Screen candidate applications against predefined hiring criteria.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with recruiters to keep hiring pipelines organized and up to date.
• Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels as required.
• Support ongoing Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace.
• Quick learner with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
• Familiarity with job boards or recruitment tools is a plus.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Mode: Remote (Full-time internship)
• Working Hours: Standard business hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST)
• Extension/Conversion: Based on business requirements and individual performance; not guaranteed.
