The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple locations and play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional candidate experience. Working fully remotely, this position focuses on coordinating large volumes of interviews, maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to enable efficient, scalable hiring. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and enjoys managing structured recruiting processes from interview coordination through onboarding support.
Responsibilities
This is a fully remote position with standard working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing flexibility to coordinate interviews across multiple time zones. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment that values speed, accuracy, and strong collaboration with recruiters and hiring teams. You will work primarily with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Avature, and may use reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or similar platforms to track recruiting activity and performance. The work culture emphasizes structured processes, data integrity, candidate-centric communication, and continuous improvement of the recruitment experience. Dress expectations align with a professional remote office setting, especially for virtual meetings and candidate interactions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
