Responsibilities:
- Master the Hunt (Sourcing): Effectively utilize search engines, job boards, social media, and Boolean searches to identify and engage with active and passive candidates.
- Cold Outreach & Follow-up: Cold-call, send highly engaging recruiting emails, and stay on top of candidates with consistent follow-ups to verify availability and interest.
- Collaborate & Strategy: Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand position requirements. Attend weekly syncs to review critical, low candidate flow requisitions.
- Pipeline & Tracking: Drive and maintain a clean talent pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring full compliance with our recruitment policy.
- Pre-Screen & Schedule: Review profiles, pre-screen candidates on market/location requirements, and seamlessly schedule phone screens with Recruiters.
- Measure Success: Track and report on key metrics such as funnel generation, total sources contacted, candidate presentation rates, and message acceptance rates.

Requirements:
- Strong English proficiency (B2+) is a must-have.
- Must reside in Medellin or Bogota.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (1 year in the HR or Talent Acquisition field is highly preferred).
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using office productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type a minimum of 40 WPM accurately. Experience with ATS or databases is a plus.
- Persuasive & Resilient: You don't back down from a challenge; you are comfortable with cold outreach and navigating competitive markets with high turnover.
