Job Summary

 

The Senior Vice President of Sales will lead all net-new revenue generation across Nextech’s specialty portfolio, spanning SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers. This leader will own the end-to-end new business strategy, execution, performance management, and scaling of a multi-layered sales organization responsible for approximately $25M+ in annual bookings.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, the SVP will operate as a near-CRO caliber leader, driving disciplined pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, quota attainment, and scalable operating rigor across ophthalmology, aesthetics, plastics, derm, med spa, and enterprise private equity-backed platforms.
This role is both strategic and operational — requiring a hands-on leader capable of independently running a complex, multi-segment sales organization while partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution with Nextech’s long-term growth objectives

Essential Functions
Revenue Strategy & Ownership
o Own all net-new revenue performance across Nextech’s specialty lines and customer segments
o Translate company growth objectives into actionable go-to-market strategies and annual operating plans
o Drive consistent pipeline generation, disciplined forecasting, and quota attainment
o Scale bookings performance across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
o Ensure predictable revenue outcomes aligned with company growth targets
 
Sales Leadership & Organizational Scale
o Lead and develop a multi-layered sales organization of ~18–22 new business reps, Regional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and Enterprise leaders
o Provide leadership across ophthalmology, aesthetics, plastics, derm, med spa, and ortho segments
o Build clear performance expectations, coaching cadence, accountability mechanisms, and talent development pathways
Attract, retain, and upgrade top-tier sales leadership and individual contributors
o Foster a culture of positivity, ownership, transparency, and execution excellence
 
 
Enterprise & Strategic Sales
o Oversee enterprise sales efforts focused on private equity-backed specialty platforms and large group practices
o Personally engage in complex, high-value enterprise opportunities
o Support executive-level negotiations, contracting, and strategic account management
o Elevate Nextech’s credibility with C-suite leaders, physician executives, and PE sponsors
 
Operating Rigor & Revenue Management
o Own sales metrics, dashboards, and forecasting discipline in partnership with Revenue Operations
o Implement structured pipeline inspection and deal review processes
o Drive CRM hygiene, process adoption, and data-driven decision making
o Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities across specialties and geographies
 
Cross-Functional Leadership
o Partner closely with Marketing on demand generation, positioning, and specialty-specific campaigns
o Collaborate with Product and R&D to ensure roadmap alignment with market feedback and enterprise requirements
o Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term account value
o Align with Finance on pricing strategy, revenue planning, and deal economics
o Operate as a true executive peer within the leadership team, contributing to broader company strategy


Minimum Requirements
Experience
o 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare SaaS, vertical software, or healthcare technology
o Demonstrated success leading multi-segment new business sales organizations (SMB through Enterprise)
o Proven track record scaling revenue in private equity-backed or high-growth environments
o Experience driving $20M+ annual bookings within a complex sales organization
o Enterprise sales leadership experience strongly preferred
