Process live chat inquiries from customers, venues, and courier partners, and support restaurant and retail partners to help delivery operations run smoothly. Collaborate with the support team and other Wolt teams to develop the support function and serve the Czech and Slovak markets.

We are looking for full-time and remote Support Associates to join our Support team in Bratislava from October 2026! This applies to candidates living outside of Bratislavsky & Trnavsky kraj.
For a full-time remote Support Associate, the basic (fixed) wage component is 1.270€ brutto / month.
