In this role, you'll assist clients with exploring vacation options, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating reservations that match their interests and budget. From all-inclusive beach resorts and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, destination celebrations, and international adventures, you'll help travelers confidently plan experiences they'll remember for years to come.

This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to supplement their current income, explore a new career path, or build experience in the travel industry. No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, schedules, and vacation goals
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and sightseeing opportunities
• Recommend travel experiences that align with each client's preferences and spending plan
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and additional travel services
• Assist clients with selecting travel options and completing reservations
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging
• Collaborate with supplier partners to confirm bookings and travel arrangements
• Review itineraries, reservation confirmations, and travel documents for accuracy
• Maintain organized records of client information and booking activity
• Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel industry news
• Provide responsive support throughout the planning process and leading up to departure

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, sales, or client support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
