Supervisor, Customer Onboarding - MCA

Job Description:

The Supervisor, Customer Onboarding for our MCA (Multi Country Area) Organization goal is to ensure our customers are able to seamlessly integrate within TD SYNNEX and enable them to quickly and successfully achieve the results and value they want in partnership with TD SYNNEX.

Supervisor would help to grow the onboarding team to continue to meet the growing demands of TD SYNNEX and its customers, achieve our SLEs by monitoring our processes and team members, prioritizing customer accounts, and training/developing our colleagues.

What You’ll Do:

• Process Creation and Improvement: create processes to streamline onboarding and integration, measure success and identify areas of improvement
• Project Management: keep the team on track and ensure key action items and deliverables are always on time and exceeding our client’s expectations
• Customer Evangelist: work with the team to build relationships with the client and act as a TD SYNNEX expert and resource during their first interaction with the Customer Onboarding Team
• Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal TD SYNNEX teams (product, development, business development, marketing) on cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience
• Training: Help our customers and colleagues optimize the data at their fingertips by leading trainings, Q&A sessions, and more.

Performs other additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.
• 1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees is required.
• Bachelor's Degree, or minimum of 3 years’ experience in lieu of degree is required
• Possesses strong data entry skills.
• Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
• Able to recognize and attend important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
• Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
• Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to effectively multi-task.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
• Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
• Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
• Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an advanced level.

Other Education/Certifications:

• Master's / Post graduate Degree is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Professional environment (Remote).
• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
• Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
