About the role

Navitas is looking for a resilient and People-oriented Student Recruitment Advisor to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a target-focused environment and is passionate about helping students achieve their international education goals.

 

Reporting to the Regional Team Leaders, the Student Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for driving student enrolments, managing a strong sales pipeline, and building meaningful relationships with prospective students and stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and deliver outstanding results. Experience in international education, combined with a proactive, resilient, and culturally aware approach to sales across multiple recruitment channels, will be key to success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive student enrolments by maximising sales conversions and consistently achieving agreed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
  • Manage student enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Provide accurate enrolment guidance, technical support, and empathetic assistance throughout the student journey.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of student records and CRM data to support effective pipeline management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service standards and achieve shared objectives.
  • Partner closely with Navitas recruitment and sales teams to maximise market coverage and recruitment opportunities.
  • Effectively utilise the lead management policy and CRM system to manage, track, and convert leads throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • A strong understanding of student enrolment processes, requirements, and the international education landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, with a genuine passion for supporting students and their families.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role, delivering exceptional service and positive customer outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing course, admission, and visa requirements.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team while confidently managing priorities independently.


Preferred

  • Experience within the education sector, particularly international education, or first-hand experience as an international student.
