We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin.
We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50. We have also been named a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.
SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to build and scale learning at SentiLink.
This is a foundational role. You’ll define our learning strategy, mature existing programs, and build new ones that help employees, managers, and leaders grow throughout their careers.
You’ll own learning across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and fraud education through to manager development, leadership capability, performance enablement, and knowledge sharing. Some programs already exist; many don’t. You’ll be expected to identify where learning can have the biggest impact, design practical solutions, and deliver them.
This role reports to the Head of People and partners closely with leaders across the company.
Develop and own SentiLink’s learning and development strategy, identifying capability gaps and prioritizing learning initiatives that have measurable business impact.
Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle, including company onboarding, department onboarding, fraud education, manager development, leadership development, and ongoing professional growth.
Partner with leaders across the business to understand capability needs and develop practical learning solutions that improve individual and organizational performance.
Design and facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders across the company.
Improve how employees access and share knowledge by helping build scalable learning resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and use data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
Act as the primary owner for learning and development at SentiLink, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
6-10 years of experience in Consulting (leading learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness workstreams), Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar.
Experience building and scaling learning programs rather than simply delivering existing content.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences.
Strong program management skills and the ability to independently drive multiple initiatives from idea through execution.
Experience designing practical, engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where you’ll be building many programs from the ground up.
Curious, collaborative, pragmatic, and highly execution-oriented.
Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
Experience supporting technical organizations.
