CTG is seeking a strategic, driven, and experienced Director of Recruiting to lead and scale our talent acquisition function. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical positions supporting government contracts, proposals, strategic growth initiatives, and new program efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, partnering with executive leadership and business stakeholders, and building a high-performing talent acquisition team that enables the company's continued growth.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a recruiting leader who is passionate about attracting exceptional talent, building scalable recruiting processes, mentoring and developing recruiters, and serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executive leadership. You'll play a critical role in shaping CTG's workforce strategy, strengthening our employer brand, and positioning the company for long-term success in the highly competitive government contracting market. We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $110k to $140k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
