The Experimentation Senior Strategist is an enterprise-impact individual contributor who drives long-term experimentation direction and influences senior leadership decisions. This role operates as a trusted advisor, shaping large-scale initiatives and advancing experimentation maturity across the organization.  This role focuses on increasing the long-term value of existing clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Influence enterprise experimentation strategy and long-term roadmap.
  • Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Establishes enterprise-wide approaches to customer behavior and sentiment analysis, shaping long-term strategy and developing organizational capability.
  • Provide thought leadership on experimentation methodologies and innovation.
  • Advise executives on experimentation insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to improve experimentation capabilities.
  • Ensure experimentation approaches align with enterprise objectives.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations at the executive level.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or experimentation.
  • Recognized expertise in experimentation and customer analytics.
  • Strong executive presence and influence.
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Comprehensive, enterprise-level understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer ecosystem, leveraging this insight to shape strategy, priorities, and long-term business outcomes.
