Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Strategic Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and identifying skilled trades talent for high-profile, niche skilled trades strategic accounts. (Must have MSP/VMS experience for this role.)
- Location: Remote
- Salary Range: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
- Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
- Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process for strategic skilled trades roles including heavy sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers
- Identify top talent quickly, and move potential candidates through the interview process with urgency
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Say on top of important details in an extremely fast-paced role
- Manage a dynamic workload and reprioritize when direction dramatically shifts
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Qualifications- 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles
- Experience working program accounts through VMS platforms
- Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
