Store Operations Senior Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX Job Type: Remote

Position Summary:Assists in the execution for the Checkout Experience for Associates and Customers. Supports hardware standards and deployment. This role will report into the Store Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:• Supports stores POS and back office mobile devices/processes to mitigate store downtime• Builds Agile stories, tests and implements the suite of Point-of-Sale and Omni applications delivering an engaging and seamless Omni-channel experience. • Implements application improvements designed to drive accuracy and associate productivity• Ensures applications adhere to  Company Policies, Standards and Procedures.• Responds to Store questions with a sense of urgency, developing long term solutions for frequent questions • Gains feedback, fosters relationships, and responds effectively to Field Operations• Supports implementation of new hardware• Ability to travel to store locations to test software and hardware

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree preferred• Strong Project Management skills• Agile Methodology• Ability to develop and design process improvement• Strong communication skills• Store / Retail Experience is a plus• Understanding of store roles and responsibilities • Thinks Critically• Takes Accountability• Embraces A Growth Mindset
