Job Summary
The Staffing Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical lead for complex Cost per Unit and Statement of Work labor solutions, from the initial high-stakes pricing and solution design to large-scale implementation and multi-site continuous improvement across a diverse client portfolio. A "consultative engineer" with a “boots on the ground” approach that can walk a production floor, identify the bottleneck in an operation, and translate that into a profitable, scalable solution design. This role will bridge the gap between engineering efficiency and labor profitability ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining healthy margins.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $115,000 to $130,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
