This is an emerging team with a front-end-leaning charter: owning the My Accounts widget, landing page experiences, and micro-experiences that drive direct user engagement across Alkami's multi-tenant environment. We're looking for demonstrated, deep technical domain knowledge including apps, services, systems, or frameworks. A key strategic player involved in maintenance of product features, including on-call escalations, triaging, and resolution.

  • Provide mentoring and technical support to junior engineers

  • Respond promptly to on-call incidents, including troubleshooting and resolving critical disruptions

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and vendors
