We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms—like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery—and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. We are looking for a Senior Engineer AI to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will:

• Design and Productionize AI Solutions: Build, optimize, and scale GenAI solutions, leveraging foundational model APIs, 3rd party frameworks (such as LlamaIndex), and embedding optimization to solve complex customer problems.
• Collaborate and Integrate: Partner closely with DevOps, AI, and software engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI models, debug AI-generated responses, and ensure smooth software functionality.
• Drive Standards and Quality: Assess AI-generated content for bias, accuracy, and compliance while continuously measuring model performance to recommend scalable improvements.

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly, finding it difficult to turn down a good challenge.
• You value quality over speed, keep abreast of the latest AI tools and technologies, and have a strong curiosity for scalable GenAI deployment.
• You have 10+ years of engineering experience (with 7+ years specifically developing AI algorithms or technologies), proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and Git/CI/CD pipelines.
• You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours, overlapping with our core collaboration hours of 10 AM to 5 PM EST (EST or CST candidates preferred).
