Sr Product Manager, AI Products
About the Role
We are looking for a curious, driven Product Manager to help shape how AI-enabled products reach the market and create real value for our customers. This is a cross-functional role with broad visibility — you'll work alongside product, marketing, commercial, and analytics teams to move ideas from strategy to launch.
This role is a strong fit for someone who has curiosity and agency, understands how to connect customer problems to business outcomes, and is energized by the pace and possibility of AI-driven innovation. You don't need to come from automotive — but you'll need to get curious about it fast.
What You'll Do
- Support and contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled products, grounding decisions in customer insight and business data
- Partner on go-to-market planning for new AI features and products — including positioning, messaging, pricing analysis, and launch coordination across teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to surface opportunities and inform product direction
- Run customer discovery and usability testing to validate assumptions and refine solutions before build
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support business cases, track feature performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Synthesize findings into clear, well-structured recommendations for product and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to keep cross-functional work moving and aligned
- Develop and maintain product documentation, launch plans, and executive-ready reporting
What You'll Bring
- 6-10 years of product management experience, with at least one full product lifecycle under your belt — from discovery through launch
- Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology, and how they translate into practical, durable product value
- Hands on experience using AI tools to vibe code and iterate product concepts to articulate product vision
- Solid understanding of go-to-market fundamentals: you've been part of a launch and know what makes the handoff from product to market work
- Analytical mindset — you're comfortable pulling from data, building a business case, and knowing which metric to watch
- Clear, concise communicator — written and verbal — with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences
- Ability to work across teams with different perspectives and priorities without losing momentum or clarity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, or data-driven products
- Exposure to AI or ML-powered features in a product context — even if you weren't the builder
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategy, pricing frameworks, or competitive intelligence work
- Background in automotive technology, CRM, dealership software, or adjacent verticals (a plus, not a requirement)
- MBA or equivalent business training that sharpened your strategic and analytical toolkit
What Success Looks Like in Year One
- You've contributed meaningfully to the launch of at least one AI-enabled product or feature
- You've built strong working relationships across product, commercial, and technical teams
- You can speak fluently to our customers, our market, and our competitive landscape
- You've grown your own AI product intuition and can bring that perspective into the room with confidence
