A leading media company is hiring a Senior Paid Social Analyst in our client's global team. This temporary role is based on-site and supports campaign analysis, paid media operations, and cross-channel reporting. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical skills, experience with paid social campaigns, and a collaborative approach. This is a 12-month contract (W2) that is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
Senior Paid Social Analyst Responsibilities:
* Develop and launch social media campaigns in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide stakeholders with insights through campaign analysis to inform sales strategies.
* Examine audience data, past ad performance, and industry developments to guide client recommendations and operational decisions.
* Deliver comprehensive campaign summaries highlighting successes and areas for growth.
* Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues while maintaining a calm approach.
* Design social media strategies and media plans to meet specified KPIs.
* Adapt social tactics to stay aligned with platform updates.
* Support international markets with global campaign planning and social media support.
* Generate ad hoc reports from platforms like Meta, Google, Reddit, Bing, and TikTok.
* Consolidate learnings from testing and competitive research for future optimizations.
* Manage ongoing campaign performance across social channels.
Senior Paid Social Analyst Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in a paid social-focused environment.
* Proven success supporting paid media campaigns across acquisition channels.
* Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
* Knowledge of media metrics, ad platforms, and biddable digital advertising.
* Excellent communication skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
* Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data management.
* Basic understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation strategies.
