The Sr. Manager, Treasury leads treasury operations across HealthX Partners and its partner organizations, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, investments, and multi-currency, multi-country funding activity. This role ensures the organization maintains sufficient liquidity to fund operations, safeguards organizational assets, and partners with the Vice President, Finance & Accounting on treasury strategy and risk management.  

  • Oversee daily cash positioning and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting across HXP and partner organizations, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational, payroll, and program funding needs. Monitor bank account balances and cash requirements across a global, multi-currency, multi-country structure. 
  • Manage multi-currency and multi-country treasury operations, including foreign exchange exposure, country office funding and cash transfers, and coordination with Country Finance teams to ensure timely, compliant movement of funds to field offices.
  • Manage banking relationships and account structures across HXP and partner organizations, including opening/closing accounts, maintaining signatories, and overseeing banking transactions, wire transfers, and lines of credit. Serve as primary point of contact with banking partners.
  • Oversee organizational investments and other financial assets and coordinate with the Vice President, Finance & Accounting on investment strategy, risk exposure, and performance monitoring, in compliance with organizational investment policy. 
  • Manage the organization's debt obligations and associated hedging instruments, including bond obligations and interest rate swap arrangements. Monitor and report on debt covenant compliance, coordinate periodic swap valuations with the accounting function and external advisers, and advise the Vice President, Finance & Accounting on refinancing and interest rate risk. 
  • Supervise and develop the Cash & Liquidity Analyst; prioritize, organize, and delegate treasury workflow; make recommendations on employment, performance management, other personnel action, and day-to-day coaching. Build technical capability and bench strength within the team. 
  • Support internal and external audits by providing treasury-related documentation, reconciliations, and analysis. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that strengthen treasury controls, efficiency, and reporting. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • CPA or CTP preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive treasury, cash management, or banking experience, including experience with multi-currency, multi-country operation. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted. 
  • At least 1 year of people management experience.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and treasury/cash management principles. 
  • Experience working with Unit4 (or a comparable ERP), banking portals, and treasury management systems.  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk and exercise sound judgment in a multi-currency, multi-country global environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders.

Salary Ranges

HealthX Partners Incorporated is committed to pay equity and transparency. We ensure pay meets the market within each country. This approach minimizes our impact on local talent markets and allows HXP to attract and retain employees, while staying cost-competitive.  

Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth.

HealthX Partners Incorporated is offering the following gross annual salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:

  • For U.S.: $108,000 (minimum), $135,000 (midpoint), $162,000 (midpoint)
  • For applicants applying outside of the US: Those hired outside of the U.S. will be employed through the local office. Pay and benefits will be commensurate with the role and practices of the local office. Details will be provided during interview process.
