- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and how financial models, assumptions, and reporting structures impact business performance.
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to solve business problems and support decision-making.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technical tools; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000.00–$100,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
