ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Director of Sales is a key commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and overall sales effectiveness across the organization by translating enterprise objectives into actionable sales strategies and ensuring disciplined execution across regions and channels.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Sales Performance & Forecasting
    • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Operational Execution
    • Manage sales channels and distribution networks to maximize revenue growth.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Management
    • Manage and optimize regional and national sales budgets.

 

 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10–15 or more years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving market growth.
  • Experience managing multi-regional or national sales teams is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new markets, optimizing distribution channels, and executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Experience within a related industry, such as construction, manufacturing, or roofing, is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with distribution-based sales models.
