How Your Role Makes a Difference
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-level and specialized roles across administrative, program, and operations;
- Develop and drive strategy for corporate recruitment initiatives;
- Train leaders of people across the organization on Talent Selection;
- Trains, mentors, and supervises employees in the RTP I role;
- Provide coverage for RTP Manager and RTP I and II when needed;
- Provide project management assistance in collaboration with Talent Leaders;
- Actively recruit top talent through sourcing, cold calling, emailing, and other forms of outreach for high-level positions across the organization;
- Partner with program and HQ leadership to understand current and future hiring needs, and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies;
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for leadership and mission-critical roles;
- Represent the organization at events, job fairs, and networking functions along with partnering with our internal Marketing team to promote our employer brand;
- Perform occasional travel for strategic planning, partnership development, and local area networking;
- Participate in HR’s cross-training initiative, strategic planning efforts, and process improvement;
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process;

- May be required or asked to participate in a Bethany sponsored event;

What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor’s level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college;
- At least 6 years of experience performing the full life cycle of recruiting;
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience;
- At least 1 year of corporate level recruiting;
- Experience facilitating behavioral-based interview questions;
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment concepts and principles;
- Must have a demonstrated passion for customer service and be highly organized;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks;
- Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany;
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate coverage;
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity.
