Job Description

Goal of the position:

§  Verification/analysis and posting of all invoices and credit notes  

§  Analyzing booked entries on the GR/IR account, investigate end-to-end flow incl. link to invoice quantity MEs  and shipments in transit (order, invoice and inventory transactions etc.) 

§  Analyzing Invoice IDoc errors and take required actions to resolve or address them

§  Single point of contact & work coordination in the context of AP Invoice Processing and GR/IR account reconciliation

§  Addressing and preventing issues related to not reconciled entries 

 

 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Verification and posting of all invoices and credit notes according to the Global Process and SOX controls within agreed SLAs
• Analyzing booked entries on the GR/IR account, investigate end-to-end flow incl. link to invoice quantity MEs  and shipments in transit (order, invoice and inventory transactions etc.)  
• Analyzing Invoice IDoc errors and take required actions to resolve or address them
• Single point of contact & work coordination in the context of AP Invoice Processing and GR/IR account reconciliation
• Addressing and preventing issues related to not reconciled entrie.
• Responsible for completing assigned transactional tasks within SLA targets
• Responsible for delivering descriptive analysis – including simple/adhoc analysis and complex (with providing root cause and solution) analysis
• Responsible for deliver proactive prescriptive analysis – define the root causes and propose direction to resolve E2E issues
• Maintaining SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) within assigned Team (clear and up-to-date documentation)
• Ensure high level process understanding and function knowledge for end users
• Cooperate with Team, SME and process leads to ensure process, tools and performance measurement improvements 
• Drive major changes within assigned Team (process improvement and release)
• Self-driven root cause resolution and problem management
• Main contact person for process inquires related to supply chain
• Drive and coordinate general issues resolution – leading calls, projects, taking actions, contact with key stakeholders and APL/APO
• Superuser in one of assigned area and ICO service expert – lead/support projects
• Coordinate/maintenance internal automation or reporting dashboards
• Identification of opportunities to improve and involvement in continuous improvements initiatives (Lean Six Sigma)
• Close cooperation with engaged functions
• Responsible for escalation of issues as needed
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor
