POSITION: Senior Associate, Data & Security Risk 

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the planning, design, delivery, and ongoing support of data and analytics initiatives within the Information Security and IT Governance functions. This role provides direction and guidance to information security and governance programs by developing metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support regulatory compliance, data quality assurance, and enterprise risk management. The position partners closely with the CISO’s organization to enable data driven decision-making through reliable data pipelines, comprehensive documentation, and actionable analytics. Responsibilities include: 

• Assess completeness, accuracy, and integrity of integrations between information systems; recommend enhancements to support secure and efficient data exchange. 
• Analyze business processes and systems documentation to identify and evaluate risk exposures. 
• Ensure data quality and integrity to support accurate reporting and risk insights. 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, including data mapping, transformation logic, and workflow design. 
• Facilitate development and monitoring of KPIs and KRIs aligned to enterprise and regulatory risk management objectives. 
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for executive, business, and technical stakeholders. 
• Align risk management analytics and reporting activities with regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices 
• Translate information security risk data into meaningful reporting to support the annual information security risk assessment. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate business requirements into technical data and reporting solutions. 
• REMOTE POSITION 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics and Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting for information security risk management. Requires experience in/with: 

• Applying project management principles; 
• Statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, and anomaly detection; 
• Large scale data analysis on high volume datasets (1M+ records); 
• Advanced data preparation and feature engineering using Python, R, and SQL; 
• Analytical and risk model development, testing, and validation; 
• Model performance evaluation using metrics such as ROC AUC, precision, recall, and related measures; 
• Reproducible analytics and audit defensible model documentation; 
• Production quality coding for analytics automation and control testing; 
• Risk monitoring automation and scalable analytics workflows; 
• Data governance and model risk management support; 
• Traceable analytical documentation for audit and regulatory review; 
• Secure processing and analysis of high volume and sensitive data; 
• Executive level dashboard development and risk reporting; and 
• Data visualization and communication of complex analytics to senior stakeholders. 
• REMOTE POSITION 

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week 

LOCATION: Coral Gables, FL (REMOTE POSITION) 

SALARY: $145,000 - $150,000 per year
