Who we need 

Nomis Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. You are a natural relationship builder and proven hunter. You thrive on the road, in the boardroom, and in complex sales cycles with enterprise buyers. You’re passionate about solving real customer problems, driven to hit quota, and eager to make your mark.  This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with the opportunity to own a large territory and sell into top financial institutions. You’ll work closely with product and technical teams to bring strategic solutions to market—and you'll play a vital role in helping Nomis grow.

What you will do

Drive Enterprise Growth

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales across a portfolio of high-value financial institutions—including banks, large credit unions, and auto finance companies.
  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Tailor account-based sales plans that result in consistent pipeline growth and bookings.


Build Trust and Win Deals

  • Earn the trust of senior executives by deeply understanding their business challenges and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Deliver product demos, proposals, and business cases that clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Partner closely with marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with Nomis capabilities.


Own the Territory

  • Be a road warrior—travel to customer sites, industry events, and executive meetings to build face-to-face relationships and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Represent Nomis at conferences and field events to elevate brand awareness and pipeline activity.


Collaborate and Influence

  • Serve as the strategic voice of the customer internally—sharing insights with product, marketing, and leadership.
  • Engage regularly with internal teams to shape deals, overcome barriers, and move opportunities to close.


What you bring

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into large financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment.
  • A passion for getting on the road—you’re energized by client meetings and field travel.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a consultative approach to sales

 

The target compensation for this role is $150K base with an OTE of $300K USD.
