Sprinklr Delivery Consultant

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Sprinklr Delivery Consultant on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in India.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Sprinklr solutions for enterprise clients, from initial requirement gathering through to system architecture, configuration, testing, and go-live. You will work closely with data engineering and AI teams to ensure the platform integrates seamlessly into the client’s broader technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the technical implementation of Sprinklr modules (Social, Service, Marketing, Insights) for enterprise clients.
  

• Design and execute complex platform configurations, including rule engines, custom reporting, and user-governance models.
  

• Manage API integrations between Sprinklr and third-party enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, CDP, Data Lakes).
  

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve defects prior to production deployment.
  

• Create detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for client handovers.
  

• Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration.
  

• Fresh graduates must possess valid Sprinklr implementation or architecture certifications.
  

• Proven ability to configure complex SaaS platforms and understand relational data structures.
  

• Familiarity with API protocols (REST, JSON) and enterprise integration patterns.
  

• Strong project-management mindset and the ability to handle multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing delivery.
