The STSM is responsible for promoting and selling Adisseo's poultry products and services across East India. This includes providing technical expertise to customers, managing distributors, and collaborating with the Area Sales Manager to define market strategies.

Responsibilities- As a member of the IMEA team, the Specialties Technical Sales Manager is in charge to promote Adisseo products and services in East India (Bihar, UP & Jharkhand). In full collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, STSM will propose adapted and tailored solutions, combining products and services and bringing value to identified key customers. He/she will also provide adequate support to local partner (distributors and/or agents) to improve promotion and sales. This role demands a deep understanding of the poultry industry, along with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- More specifically, your role will be to:
- Promote and sell Adisseo full product and services range value, displaying profound technical expertise to customers, prospects and key influencers
- Contribute to the Marketing Intelligence of the Performance Products
- Help to define priorities and sales strategy for the market, in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager
- Understand the key customers’ decision-making process, identifying industry trends and lead expansion and growth in commercial activity in your area
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s poultry products and services, along with any industry regulations and best practices.
- Ensure successful launch of new products and elaborate business development roadmap
- Support, convince, advise and train main distributors and customers on product range
- Organize events and technical demonstrations for customers and distributors
- Constantly monitor market trends and opportunities
Qualifications- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong business acumen.
- A graduate, ideally with some post-graduate qualifications, in animal nutrition and/or veterinary activities, with minimum 3-5 years’ successful experience with broad network in Poultry Industry, animal nutrition and/or health products/services.
- Strong knowledge of poultry products, Key Customers & Distributors, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Sales hunter, team-player, outgoing, highly adaptable, and autonomous with solid drive and focus. Analytical and sharp, ready for challenges and result driven.
- Expertise in utilizing sales analytics tools and CRM software and generating reports.
- Highly skilled to understand the customer critical issues to deliver optimal solutions
- The position is home office based and requires 75% customer facing time via active field visit
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential
