Solutions Architect - (REMOTE)

What you will do:

The Software Architect architects and guides the development of the company's international software products, primarily Nexus CRM and Lyvve. This role translates business requirements into technical designs; defines application architecture, data models, APIs, and integrations; evaluates security, scalability, and performance; and leads hands-on implementation alongside the development team. The position requires applying software engineering, database design, systems analysis, and information technology principles to complex business problems, and serves as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering delivery.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead the international development team supporting Nexus CRM, Lyvve, and related products, including assigning work, setting technical standards, conducting design and code reviews, and providing performance input
• Provide day-to-day technical and project direction to software developers; the role includes formal leadership of that team while remaining hands-on in architecture and implementation
• Translate business requirements into system designs, technical specifications, and product roadmaps.
• Define application architecture, data models, APIs, and integration patterns across products and third-party systems.
• Evaluate and design for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead hands-on implementation with the development team, including design reviews, technical mentoring, and direct contribution to code.
• Design and implement AI-enabled application features and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across eXp’s international markets to align technical delivery with business priorities and timelines.
• Apply software engineering, database design, systems analysis, and information technology principles to solve complex business problems.

How you will grab our attention:

• Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience delivering software, data, or automation solutions, including at least three (3) years leading technical teams or owning technology delivery.
• Translating business needs into system designs and product roadmaps.
• Developing solutions using Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working with modern web frameworks, relational databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
• Implementing AI-enabled applications or workflow automation.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and guiding technical delivery across functions.
