Solution Engineer- Copilot

As a Copilot Solution Engineer for Latin America (LATAM), you will help organizations transform the way they work by accelerating the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, and AI-powered productivity solutions. You will lead technical customer engagements across the sales lifecycle, combining deep technical expertise, consultative discovery, solution envisioning, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities to help customers realize measurable business value from AI. Working closely with customers, partners, account teams, and consulting resources, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding organizations through AI transformation while ensuring security, governance, compliance, and business outcomes remain at the center of every engagement.

Develop deep expertise in Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI portfolio, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, and emerging AI Workforce solutions.

Build strong business and industry acumen by helping organizations across Latin America solve complex business challenges through generative AI and agentic experiences.

Hone your technical selling, solution architecture, and executive communication skills while influencing technical decisions and driving large-scale AI transformation initiatives.

This role offers flexible work opportunities, allowing you to work remotely up to 100% of the time while maintaining close engagement with customers and teams across the LATAM region.

As a Copilot Solution Engineer for the Majors Growth segment, you will play a critical role in accelerating AI transformation by leading technical engagements that drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related AI-powered productivity solutions. This role is deeply technical and is responsible for owning the technical win strategy, delivering compelling demonstrations, and guiding customers through envisioning sessions that align with their business goals and technical requirements. As a trusted advisor, the Copilot Solution Engineer ensures that governance, security, and compliance are embedded in every conversation to build confidence and drive decision-making.

In addition to technical leadership, the Copilot Solution Engineer is accountable for driving core business momentum through competitive differentiation, technical blocker resolution, and seamless handoffs to deployment teams. You will work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate, and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision allowing the team to achieve/exceed quarterly targets in your accounts.  The role emphasizes operational excellence, partner collaboration, and continuous learning to ensure scalable impact and sustained customer success.
