Software Trainer

Position Details    

• Provide remote and on-site training to new and existing customers
• Provide customer support to existing customers via email and phone
• Log all customer support requests/issues into CRM software
• Testing of new product releases
• Update software manuals and documentation

Requirements

• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Demonstrated experience training in a remote or on-site environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience both verbally and written
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
