You will build and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems while working across the full stack to ship features like AI resume generation and matching insights. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to run A/B tests, analyze results, and contribute to system architecture and technical design.
As a Software Engineer II on the Career Scout Growth team, you'll build and support experiences like AI resume generation, matching insights, voice mode, profile enhancements, and job seeker support across our mobile app and website. You'll ship features end-to-end, from the UI to the backend services that power them, moving fluidly across the full stack to build, ship, and maintain Career Scout experiences and integrations across Indeed.We're an experimentation-driven team, running multiple A/B tests at any given time. You'll work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and product partners to implement experiments, analyze results, and turn those learnings into roadmap decisions.

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
