ServiceNow IT Business Analyst

Our client is searching for an IT Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience for a temp-to-perm position that can be worked remotely.

All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis before converting to full-time employment.

Description

The ServiceNow Product Manager/Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team, ensuring platform capabilities align with organizational objectives, operational needs, and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements; translating requirements into actionable user stories and platform enhancements; and driving successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The analyst collaborates closely with product owners, developers, administrators, and business leaders to optimize platform performance, improve user adoption, and support strategic initiatives across IT and business operations.

Key responsibilities include facilitating requirements gathering sessions, creating process documentation and workflow diagrams, managing backlogs within Agile frameworks, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitoring platform performance and customer satisfaction metrics, and ensuring alignment with IT governance, cybersecurity, asset management, audit, and compliance objectives. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, business process analysis, Agile methodologies, and IT service management practices, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our client is in the financial industry and pay will be based on experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $49.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
