As a Service Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing support to Service Account Managers on reporting, provisioning & similar account support tasks.
• Developing global relationships with internal cross-functional teams, stakeholders and customers to become a trusted advisor.
• Acting as an advocate to our internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of assigned deliverables.
• Ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers and stakeholders' requirements.
• Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Accomplishing KPI targets set around responsiveness, pro-activeness, quality, and compliance.

• Demonstrate experience of working in a customer focused, service or IT industry environment
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Show good knowledge and experience with reporting and data analysis
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment.
