Position Description:

Infinite Electronics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager. This role is responsible for driving successful execution of complex customer programs across the data center business. This role serves as the central coordinator between customers, engineering, product management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

The Technical Program Manager maintains visibility across the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity development and new product introduction through production ramp and commercial deployment, while balancing technical requirements, operational constraints, and customer commitments.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional execution of strategic customer programs and initiatives.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers to establish realistic execution plans.
• Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact quality, cost, or delivery performance.
• Facilitate customer communications and provide regular program status updates.
• Support new product introduction activities and production ramp planning.
• Coordinate product qualification, testing, and deployment efforts.
• Develop executive-level reporting and program performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex technical programs or product development initiatives.
• Experience working within data center, telecommunications, networking, electronics manufacturing, or technology industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of product development, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer delivery processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.

·         PMP certification or equivalent program management credential.

·         Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, or colocation customers.

·         Familiarity with stage-gate product development and NPI processes.

·         Experience managing global cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
