About the role

We're decoupling AI and API into standalone products alongside our core CRM. That means a new technical buyer, a new evaluation, and a story that needs to be told in a fundamentally different register.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI / API) to own that lane end-to-end. You'll partner directly with Leadership as an IC peer to our CRM PMM team, and you'll be the person who turns INFINNI's AI and API into products that technical buyers, integration partners, and operations teams at scaling creator businesses understand, trust, and adopt.

This is a launch-defining role. The category positioning for AI and API in the creator economy doesn't exist yet. You're going to define it.

What you'll own

• Positioning and category narrative: Build the story for INFINNI's AI products and API platform. Define why an AI layer purpose-built for the creator economy matters, and what differentiates us from horizontal AI tools and generic API offering.
• Launches: Own the GTM motion for AI and API products end-to-end. Branding input, core messaging, pricing input, packaging, sequencing, internal enablement, external rollout.
• Technical content: Write the briefs, demo narratives, integration guides, solution architectures, and reference content that prove value to technical buyers. Show, don't tell.
• Sales and partner enablement: Equip our internal teams with battlecards, pitch frameworks, technical FAQs, and competitive intelligence that win AI and API deals.
• Market intelligence: Be INFINNI's voice of the technical buyer. Run customer interviews, track competitive moves, and feed market signal back to Product to shape the AI and API road map.
• Thought leadership: Represent INFINNI in analyst conversations, partner forums, and industry events where the AI and API conversation is happening.

Who you are:

• A PMM with real technical fluency: 6+ years in product marketing, with substantial time spent marketing AI products, APIs, platforms, or developer tools. You're equally comfortable in a positioning workshop and in a product spec.
• Hybrid by background: You may be a former engineer turned marketer, a PMM who learned to ship code, or a technical product manager who chose the storytelling side. What matters is that technical buyers take you seriously the moment you open your mouth.
• AI-native: You've already rebuilt how you work around AI. You understand the landscape (agentic workflows, RAG, MCP, LLM evaluation, the actual capabilities and limits of current models) and you can write about it without falling into hype or jargon.
• API-fluent: You know what makes a good API product. Authentication, rate limits, webhooks, SDK design, developer experience: you understand why those things determine whether an API product wins or dies.
• A proven launcher: You've owned end-to-end product launches that moved pipeline and shifted category perception. You can point to specific narratives you built and specific results those narratives drove.
• A clear, direct writer: You write for buyers, not for marketing peers. You can compress complex technical concepts into one-line narratives and expand them into ten-page briefs without losing precision.
• Comfortable owning a lane: You don't need a team underneath you to be effective. You partner sideways with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and the rest of PMM, and you ship.

Nice to have

• Background in or strong familiarity with the creator economy, or other content monetization infrastructure.
• Experience marketing in regulated, mature, or adult-adjacent categories where messaging discipline matters.
• Working proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or other European languages.
