This role will work closely with stakeholders across the HR function and leaders within the business to support workforce transformation and talent initiatives informed by external best practices to build a more agile, high-performance organization.

Responsibilities:
- Support workforce transformation initiatives to align business, organizational and talent strategies. Shape progression models across job families and levels, supported by external best practices; enabled by clear career pathways, and talent and succession planning.
- Analyze talent data to inform strategic decisions, inform talent and succession planning processes and improve talent outcomes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of talent initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement and iteration.
- This role focuses on project and program management of programs within the HR COE's Talent Management discreet workstreams including Talent Development & Succession, Leadership Development Programs, Engagement & Retention, and Workforce Planning.
- The ideal candidate will also support organizational effectiveness and development, as well as facilitate and recommend impactful upskilling programs that align with business needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent management strategies with broader HR initiatives such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Leverage HR technology platforms to drive projects, including talent analytics and HR information systems.
- Manage talent review processes to identify high-potential employees and key talent across the organization.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance management and executive capabilities
- Support organizational culture and employee listening activities.
