We are now looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based remotely in Mexico. In this role, you'll support one of our clients in driving their hiring strategy, mapping the market, sourcing top-tier tech and product talent, and building up their growing presence in the market.

Contract: Indefinite B2B
Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in Mexico)
Start Date: Beginning of August
Language: Spanish and English (minimum C1)
What You’ll Be Doing:
End-to-End Tech & Product Recruiting: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Tech and Product roles, including specialized talent across the region.
Market Mapping & Advising: Act as the local subject matter expert. You will advise stakeholders on the Mexican tech talent landscape, availability, and target companies to ensure highly competitive hiring strategies.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with senior engineering and product leaders to understand their requirements, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, transparent, and engaging candidate experience that champions the employer brand.
Who You Are:
Experienced Tech Recruiter: You bring 4+ years of experience recruiting technical talent and product roles.
Local Market Expert: You have deep, practical knowledge of the tech talent market in Mexico and understand local hiring nuances.
Consultative Communicator: You are highly communicative, comfortable guiding senior stakeholders, and adapting to dynamic requirements.
Bilingual Professional: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
